Strategic Analysis of Dual-Channel Green Supply Chain with an Unreliable and Competitive Supplier

With the increasing public awareness of environmental issues, green production has become an important issue for supply chain management. This study proposes analytical model to investigate dual-channel decisions a retailer and competitive supplier; latter suffers from unreliable yield. The retailer’s responsibility is considered as two-echelon in which promotes product their marketplace through marketing. problem analyzed modeled under three available channel strategies, order selections are made: single online strategy, retail strategy. results show that wholesale price manufacturer green-marketing effect increase with improvement level technology. Interestingly, result reveals expected profit unimodal technology suggests may not be incentivized encourage improve its once threshold been reached.
